PRE‑INSTALLATION SITE PREPARATION
Confirm that the warehouse floor meets the required load‑bearing conditions.
Make sure the installation area is clean, accessible and free from unnecessary obstacles.
Check the warehouse dimensions and site conditions against the approved layout.
Prepare the required installation tools and personal protective equipment in advance.

INSTALLATION DRAWING CONFIRMATION
Carry out the installation according to the final approved warehouse layout.
Check the racking arrangement, aisle width and installation direction.
Confirm the correct positions of uprights, beams and related accessories.
Report any changes in site dimensions before continuing with the installation.

RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION SEQUENCE
Assemble the upright frames and structural connections in the recommended order.
Install the beams, bracing components and safety accessories according to the drawings.
Complete the floor anchoring after the racking structure has been correctly aligned.
Do not place products on the racking before the structure is fully stabilized.

KEY INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
Check the vertical and horizontal alignment of the completed racking structure.
Make sure all bolts, safety locks and connecting components are correctly installed.
Maintain the required safety clearance between the racking and the warehouse structure.
Confirm that all floor anchors are installed according to the technical drawings.

REMOTE TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
Customers can provide photos or videos to show the current installation status.
Our technical team will provide guidance based on the specific installation issue.
Key connection points can be checked and explained through remote communication.
Corrective recommendations will be provided when installation deviations are identified.

INSTALLATION COMPLETION CHECK
Check that the completed racking structure is stable and properly aligned.
Confirm that beam safety locks and protective accessories are installed correctly.
Verify that aisle widths, beam levels and storage positions match the approved layout.
Complete an overall safety inspection before the racking system is put into use.
