The Fuzhou Metro Binhai Express Line is an important rail transit route in Fujian Province. It connects key urban and coastal development areas and contributes to the continued improvement of the regional transport network.
RONNDE was responsible for manufacturing and supplying the multi-tier mezzanine system for the project’s material warehouse. The completed system provides multiple storage levels within the existing building height, helping the warehouse organize different categories of materials while making more effective use of vertical space.
Multi-Level Storage Layout
The material warehouse needed to accommodate items of different sizes, quantities and storage requirements. Based on the available space and operational needs, the multi-tier mezzanine was arranged with clearly divided storage areas, access aisles, stairways and elevated platforms.
The system combines structural frames, shelving sections and multi-level working platforms. Different materials can be stored in designated areas, making daily identification, placement and retrieval more orderly. The layout also maintains practical access between storage levels and operational areas.
Manufacturing and Project Implementation
The system components were manufactured according to the confirmed project requirements. During production, attention was given to structural consistency, component dimensions, connection points and surface treatment.
The multi-tier arrangement was coordinated with the warehouse conditions to ensure that platforms, shelving areas, stairways and access points formed a complete storage structure. Following installation, the finished system was inspected to confirm its overall condition and project completion.
Through the addition of multiple storage levels, the warehouse can use the same floor area more effectively while keeping materials separated by category. The completed system also provides a practical foundation for future warehouse organization and material management.
