In April 2023, RONNDE welcomed customers from Singapore for on-site factory visit. The visit focused on RONNDE’s production operations, manufacturing processes and warehouse storage products, providing the visitors with a better understanding of the company’s manufacturing capabilities.
RONNDE Chairman Cheng Ping welcomed the visitors. Accompanied by the head of the Foreign Trade Department, Singapore customers toured the production workshop and learned about the production environment, manufacturing equipment and daily operations.
Workshop Tour and Product Inspection
During the workshop tour, the customers examined products, components and production equipment. RONNDE’s technical staff introduced the main manufacturing processes and provided information about product structures, materials and production methods.
The visitors also discussed product specifications and technical details with RONNDE’s management and technical team. Questions raised during the visit were addressed through direct communication, allowing both sides to exchange information on products and manufacturing requirements.
RONNDE manufactures pallet racking, industrial racking, mezzanine systems, logistics equipment and automated storage and retrieval systems. Products can be manufactured according to specified dimensions, load capacities, quantities and operating requirements.
Direct Communication and Technical Exchange
The factory visit allowed the Singapore customers to examine RONNDE’s production environment and communicate directly with the company’s team. It also provided a practical opportunity to discuss how product information and customer requirements are reviewed before production.
For international orders, RONNDE’s work process includes requirement review, technical confirmation, production, quality inspection, packing and shipment. Clear communication throughout these stages helps ensure that the necessary information is properly confirmed and coordinated.
