In mid-March, RONNDE welcomed a group of European customers for on-site factory visit and business exchange. RONNDE Chairman Cheng Ping and General Manager Zhang Wenjin received the visitors and introduced the company’s manufacturing operations and product range.
The visit provided the customers with an opportunity to learn more about RONNDE’s production environment, manufacturing equipment, quality management and approach to international orders.
Factory Tour and Manufacturing Overview
During the factory tour, the customers visited the production workshop and learned about several stages involved in manufacturing warehouse racking components. The RONNDE team introduced equipment used in production, including laser-cutting equipment, automated welding equipment and the powder-coating line.
The discussion covered how racking components move through material preparation, forming, welding, surface treatment, inspection and packing. Relevant staff also answered questions about production methods, component specifications and quality inspection procedures.
RONNDE’s main product range includes pallet racking, industrial racking, mezzanine systems, logistics equipment and automated storage and retrieval systems. Product specifications can be confirmed according to warehouse conditions, storage requirements, pallet dimensions, load capacity and handling equipment.
Technical Discussion with European Customers
Following the factory tour, both teams held a meeting to exchange further information. The Foreign Trade Department introduced RONNDE’s development, current operations, product categories and general project experience.
The customers shared information about their site conditions and storage requirements. Based on the available information, the two sides discussed possible equipment configurations and the general direction of an intelligent warehouse storage solution.
The discussion also covered product specifications, manufacturing arrangements, quality control, packing and delivery coordination. Reviewing these details directly helped both teams develop a clearer understanding of the requirements and the information needed for further technical confirmation.

For international warehouse storage projects, clear communication is important throughout requirement review, technical confirmation, production, inspection, packing and shipment. An on-site visit allows customers to see the working environment and communicate directly with the relevant teams.
