Shipment Confirmation
Confirm that the order has completed packing and loading preparation.
Verify shipment quantities against the final packing and dispatch records.
Share container or shipment reference information when available.
Notify the customer once the cargo has been released for transportation.

Container Loading Photos
Record the loading process with project or shipment photos.
Show package condition, cargo arrangement and container loading status.
Provide visual confirmation that the products have been loaded for shipment.
Keep loading records available for project reference when required.

Sailing Schedule Information
Share the confirmed vessel and voyage information when available.
Provide the estimated time of departure (ETD) and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Communicate important schedule changes or shipping updates.
Help customers coordinate receiving and downstream project planning.

Bill of Lading (B/L)
Coordinate the bill of lading after shipment according to the agreed release method.
Verify shipper, consignee, vessel, port and cargo information.
Provide relevant B/L information for cargo release and destination handling.
Support document coordination with the customer or appointed forwarder.

Logistics Tracking
Track the shipment using available carrier, vessel or container information.
Follow key milestones during international transportation.
Share relevant logistics status updates with the customer.
Coordinate with the shipping agent or forwarder when additional information is required.

Arrival & Destination Support
Provide available arrival information as the shipment approaches the destination port.
Support the customer with relevant shipping and customs-clearance documents.
Coordinate with the customer or forwarder on destination handling where applicable.
Assist with shipment-related communication until cargo receiving is completed.
